Aston Martin DB9 is a grand tourer launched by Aston Martin in 2004. The name "DB" stems from David Brown, owner of Aston Martin at some point in its history. This model, designed by Ian Callum and finished by his successor, Henrik Fisker, Aston Martin DB7 replaces the now discontinued (also by Callum) which started production in 1994. The previous model can be given credit to bring this company back from bankruptcy.
